In the beginning, it used to be better. My orders were spot on, and on time. It took a few weeks for them to get into their system that my address was actually within their delivery zone, but, once they were, I was very happy with initial service.

My last 4 orders have had items completely missing, or items show up that I never ordered. Not just small things, talking an entire shrimp wheel with sauce, poof, just didn't show up. But what I did get that I did not order was cinnamon rolls. And I am charged for it. That is my latest order as of 5 min ago.

I would say call and complain to management, but, they do not call back. An order a few weeks back, when calling to "speak to a manager immediately", I left two voice mails. Also left a voice mail for the section about grocery delivery. Never heard a word back. The order was 1 hour, 15 min late. Previously in a blizzard, they were only 15 min late. This time, in good weather, 1 hour & 15 min late, and not even a phone call???

I think I am going to try Metcalfs and or Hyvee. Hopefully I will have better luck.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $30.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
